Tropical Sensation

Packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants this juice has lots of health benefits. The addition of coconut water adds to the tropical flavour and  helps hydrate your body and gives you an energy boost to start your day.

Ingredients Makes 16 oz.

1 cup diced peaches

1 cup diced and peeled mango

1 freshly squeezed orange

½ cup coconut water

1 teaspoon agave nectar

Blend ingredients until smooth, and pour through a strainer if desired.

Berry Mad

Again with lots of Vitamin C this juice makes a refreshing mid morning treat.

Makes 12 oz.

½ cup blackberries

½ cup blueberries

1/2 cup Strawberries

2 freshly squeezed lemons

1 tablespoon freshly chopped ginger

1 cup water

Blend ingredients until smooth, and pour through a strainer if desired. Serve  over ice and garnish with a lemon wedge
